Same Skin builds biology-first systems that help women restore health, clarity, and energy in ways that actually last.

This work exists for women who are doing everything right and still feel off.

Successful on paper. Exhausted underneath.

The Origin

I was born and raised in India, where caring for the body was part of daily life, not something you outsourced only when things went wrong.

When I was twelve, I fell seriously ill with jaundice. Conventional medicine didn’t help. An ancestral remedy from a practitioner working within his lineage did, quickly and unmistakably. It was the first time I understood something I didn’t yet have words for: the body responds when it’s spoken to in the right language.

Years later, I immigrated to the U.S., earned my pilot’s license, and built a demanding career in private aviation in New York. I thrived under pressure, checked every box, and looked successful from the outside.

What I didn’t yet understand, and what many women don’t, is that performance without regulation always sends the bill later.

The Breakdown

In 2012, my father was diagnosed with cancer. Six years later, he passed away. What followed wasn’t just grief. It was collapse.

I kept functioning as the strong one while my mental health quietly deteriorated and my body began sending signals I could no longer ignore: PCOS, eczema, chest tightness, chronic inflammation, sleep disruption, constant fight-or-flight. I was exhausted but wired. Successful but barely functioning.

I couldn’t perform at work the way I once had. I couldn’t show up fully in my relationships. I moved through life like a high-functioning shell, getting through the day and calling it fine.

Doctors told me I was young and healthy. My labs looked “normal.” I was advised to manage stress and keep going. But I knew something was deeply off.

So I did what I knew how to do professionally. I stopped pushing through and started treating my body like a system worth understanding. Not something to override.

That decision changed the direction of everything.

The Rise

That search led me back to my roots: Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, cyclical health, and practitioners who treat root cause instead of symptoms.

As my body stabilized, my mind followed. Energy returned. Clarity sharpened. And something else became impossible to ignore: how many women around me were succeeding on paper while losing in their bodies. High-performing. Burned out. Running on empty and calling it normal.

Same Skin was built from that realization.

This work exists for women who want to live and lead without sacrificing their health in the process. Women who don’t need more information, but better systems of support.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about giving you a better way to live inside the life you’ve already built.

The Mission

We live in systems that reward output while ignoring biology, especially women’s. The result is ambition that feels heavy instead of expansive.

Same Skin exists so women can finally understand what’s happening in their bodies hormonally, neurologically, and metabolically, with access to practitioners who look at the full picture, not generic, one-size-fits-all advice.

Through personalized insights, including bloodwork and lab analysis, and actionable guidance, women learn how to regulate stress, support hormones and adrenals, restore gut and nervous system balance, and work in a way that actually matches their biology.

This isn’t about opting out or doing less. It’s about making it easier to live healthier, work smarter, and feel better.

That’s the future we’re building.

Same Skin operates through immersive sabbaticals, practitioner access, and education designed to scale biological literacy and sustainable performance.

Created for women. Inclusive of all who identify with womanhood.

The Community

The Same Skin community brings together women across leadership, creative, and caregiving roles who share one thing in common: they’re ready to stop repeating patterns that no longer work.

These are women breaking cycles around burnout, health, money, and self-abandonment. Women who are successful, capable, and ready to build lives that feel as good as they look.

Same Skin is where modern ambition meets ancestral grounding, designed for women who are busy, discerning, and ready for a smarter way forward.

The work is practitioner-led, systems-driven, and designed to support women through every season of life and leadership.

Breaking cycles. Bringing women back into themselves.
