A performance-focused wellness sabbatical in the Hudson Valley for women who want to understand their hormones, optimize their energy, and reconnect with their ambition.
Think of it as summer camp for the woman who runs everyone else’s summer schedule.
Before Memorial Day.
Before the travel logistics begin.
Before everyone asks you to plan the next six months.
This sabbatical is intentionally limited to 10 women.
Ambitious women have infrastructure for productivity. Calendars. Deadlines. Deliverables.
Three Slack channels and a Notes app full of things you will absolutely remember later.
What most women don’t have is infrastructure for recovery. Hormones change. Energy fluctuates. Stress accumulates.
Yet most professional environments still assume the body operates like a perfectly reliable Google Calendar.
It doesn’t. Cyclebreakers exists to change that.
Think of it as upgrading the operating system beneath your ambition → combining functional medicine, nervous system recovery, and ancestral wellness practices inside a luxury hospitality experience.
Because you deserve infrastructure for recovery, not just productivity.
The sabbatical takes place at a design-forward boutique hotel in the historic town of Hudson, New York. Just two hours from New York City, the Hudson Valley has long been the place city people go when their nervous system politely suggests a break.
Guests will enjoy:
✓ Private guest rooms
✓ Access to the 6,000 sq ft thermal bathhouse (opening Spring 2026)
✓ Finnish sauna
✓ Cold plunge
✓ Soaking pools
✓ Beautifully restored historic architecture
✓ Walking distance to Hudson’s galleries, cafés, and restaurants
This is not a packed conference schedule.
It’s a thoughtfully designed environment for recalibration so you can understand your body, its limits, and build an operating system to support your health.
Without which your wealth is nothing.
Your days include:
• 1:1 consultation with our functional medicine doctor to review labs and health patterns
• Mayan abdominal massage
• acupuncture
• chiropractic adjustments (optional)
• doctor-led conversations about hormones and longevity
• somatic movement and nervous system regulation
• ancestral healing sessions including quantum energy work
• thermal bathhouse sessions
• coffee mornings in Hudson cafés
• group dinners onsite and in town
• unstructured time to rest, think, or wander
Think of it as a performance reset disguised as a beautiful intentional weekend away.

Most wellness retreats fall into two categories: Yoga vacations. Or biohacking conferences.
Cyclebreakers is a performance sabbatical designed for female biology.
Instead of squeezing productivity out of exhausted bodies, we focus on restoring the systems: Hormones, Nervous system regulation, Recovery, and Longevity
We combine ancestral wellness practices with modern preventative health insights. Think of it less like a journaling and green juice retreat and more like upgrading the operating system beneath your health and ambition.
You’re the one who keeps things running.
At work. At home. In your friendships.
You’re successful on paper but feel slightly depleted in your body.
Sleep is inconsistent.
Energy comes in waves.
Stress lingers longer than it used to.
You’re curious about hormones, longevity, and nervous system health
but you’re not interested in disappearing into a week-long yoga retreat.
You want something smarter.
Real conversation.
Real practitioners.
And a room full of women who understand ambition and the cost of carrying it.
If that sounds like you, Cyclebreakers was built with you in mind.
Our gatherings bring together founders, executives, creatives, and operators from New York, DC, Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin, and Florida.
The kind of women who run companies, run households and occasionally run out of patience.
The experience unfolds over three days of guided recovery and restoration.
Guests receive dedicated time with our practitioner team to explore the connection between hormones, nervous system health, and long-term performance.
Each guest will receive:
• a private consultation with our functional medicine practitioner
• a 1:1 ancestral energy session
• optional post-retreat recommendations for labs and protocols
These sessions are intentionally intimate and conversational.
The goal is clarity.
Meals throughout the sabbatical are designed to support energy, digestion, and nervous system balance while still feeling celebratory.
Your experience includes:
• Hudson café-style breakfasts
• seasonal group lunches
• curated group dinners
All meals feature fresh seasonal ingredients inspired by Hudson Valley farms.
Across the weekend guests will experience:
• breathwork sessions
• somatic movement practices
• conversations about female biology and burnout
• guided practices designed to support restoration and clarity
Programming remains intentionally spacious so guests can rest, walk, journal, or simply do nothing.
One of the highlights of Pocketbook Hudson is its 6,000 sq ft thermal bathhouse.
Guests will enjoy access throughout the weekend to:
• Finnish sauna
• cold plunge
• soaking pools
• relaxation spaces
Thermal bathing is one of the most effective ways to reset the nervous system and support circulation, detoxification, and deep recovery.
Hudson is one of the Northeast’s most vibrant cultural towns.
Guests will have time to explore:
• independent bookstores
• art galleries
• vintage and design shops
• coffee cafés and bakeries
• Hudson River walks
This sabbatical takes place right before Memorial Day — offering a rare moment of calm before summer schedules accelerate.
