Participation in all Same Skin offerings is voluntary.
Same Skin is not a medical provider, and none of our content, whether online or in person, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Same Skin is not responsible for injuries, emotional distress, losses, or damages that may occur during or after participation.
Same Skin hosts experiences for both individuals and organizations, including corporate or team based engagements.
You acknowledge that event details, schedules, facilitators, and locations may change.
Same Skin reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events when necessary.
Participation in any Same Skin experience does not create an employer employee relationship, a therapist client relationship, or a medical provider patient relationship.
Organizations booking experiences for teams or clients are responsible for ensuring participants understand and agree to these Terms of Service.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and transfer options for Same Skin experiences are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by offering.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, deposits are non refundable and payments made after confirmation are non refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, Same Skin may, at its discretion, allow a transfer to a future experience or to another approved participant, subject to availability and written notice.
In the event of travel restrictions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, payments may be honored toward a future Same Skin experience.
Missed experiences due to personal circumstances do not obligate Same Skin to provide refunds or compensation.
Same Skin reserves the right to update pricing, offerings, and policies at any time.
All content created by Same Skin, including text, visuals, concepts, programming, and materials, is owned by Same Skin and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Same Skin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Same Skin is not liable for personal decisions made based on participation or content.
Same Skin is not liable for losses related to travel, accommodations, or third party services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Same Skin is to discontinue participation.
